DaBella - Spokane (Roofing)

Marcus and Benjamin were so great, they came out and showed me that we needed to replace more than the 2 windows i thought we needed. they were fun to work with and cannot wait to see what our windows look like.

Do not ever use DaBella for any house project. A predatory salesman came to my house and instilled the fear in me that there was water in my bathroom walls and it needed to be repaired due to water leaks. When the contractor came there was absolutely NO water in my walls and they were told it was a remodel which I would have NEVER said yes to. I had to continue as my shower had been completely dismantled to REPAIR water damage. They left my bathroom in a horrible mess and refuse to complete the finish work (see pictures). They cracked my bathroom floor which they refuse to fix. I would have NEVER said yes to a bathroom remodel because my bathroom did not need to be remodeled. I agreed to fixing the leaks in my bathroom. The GM, Brian, later told me DaBella is a remodel company and not a repair company which ties directly back to predatory practices by the salesman who came to my home. This company does not care about the customer nor does it care about the Spokane community. They will prey on fear and use fear to sell something they do not even do. I was sold on repair which is NOT what DaBella does. This is how my bathroom now looks. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I am sorry that I said yes to this company. Had an issue with the company representatives, and now the install date has been pushed out for another month.

Alex is absolutely fantastic. He is very professional and personable. He makes the process very easy, informative, and understandable. I would recommend him and his company every time!!

The sales reps, Brian and Sam are great- very knowledgeable about roofing and the products offered. Our roof is in very poor condition due to no maintenance from previous owners and they included replacing the fascia boards along with the roof, as well as replacing the poor ventilation with a much better system which should minimize the dampness problem that is present currently. The fact that the roof has a 50 year transferable warranty should help us or our heirs get top dollar down the road if we or they sell the house. Our home will not only look much nicer but will be safer, more comfortable, and worth more. Can’t wait to see the finished product!!

DaBella is a full service company. no job is too big. Easy to work with. Danny Roe was very knowledgeable and lined out exactly what we needed and what we didn't need. He was made sure we understood costs and what was involved in the work to get the job done.

I have to start out by saying that I was very nervous about getting new windows. I have heard that they can be extremely expensive and due to COVID my budget was lower than I had originally planned for. Telman first came into my house and was extremely patient with me. He answered my million questions and even showed me the different affordable payment plans that DeBella offered. The payment plan made it possible to get new windows and still be able to make all of our other commitments. Telman was been very communicative threw the entire process. He was very informative and more then able to take care of this old home for me. I highly reccomend DaBella and their team. I feel like I got the quality I was looking for and I am excited to have our heat and electric bill reflect the new high efficiency windows I purchased.

Jacob arrived right on time. Was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything very well. He was very polite and courteous, was easy to work with. I look forward to to seeing it when its all completed.

Kylie was wonderful. She explained everything from top to bottom. Very well knowledgeable. Understood everything we said and was able to accommodate to our needs. Brian Strandley and Lucas Huston did an excellent job inspecting my roof and identifying items that needed attention soon. They were able to demonstrate why now was a good time to consider replacement as well as reasons their products would be a desirable option for that replacement. I appreciate the time they spent working with me to ensure I felt positive about each decision I made during the sales process.

Colbyâ s customer service and honesty was excellent. I would recommend highly for people to use this company based on the sales reps alone.

Colby is a great Rep for DaBella Spokane! He presented the Siding and Windows with great confidence and knowledge. He was very helpful in getting our projects started. I cannot wait to see the quality & workmanship that Colby has great faith in! Our low ratings for some of these questions are due to the project not having been started. Colby gets a five star review though!

We had a roof that was in pretty bad shape. Max came over and worked through all the financial problems with us bringing us an affordable roof without any hassle. His expert roofing knowledge combined with his courteous and joyful personality sold me and my wife on Dabella and their focus on us and our family. When Dabella Salesmen Joshua Guerra and Luke came to our house to gave us their windows quote they are both respectful, very professional and knowledgeable about their products. They help us to get a better price and we are very happy.

A frustrating experience. We signed our contract with flexible scheduling and were told a crew could complete our project in about a week once started. Four months later, after zero contact and no prior notification, workers begin showing up at our home. Our project took over five weeks to complete. Having a child and dogs in our home, this was a huge inconvenience. Some days we would come home from work and see that the contract crew had only installed 10 new siding boards. The work done varies wildly in quality, and definitely was not done to **James Hardie specifications**. Our crew definitely did not appear to be professionally trained for the task. Corners were cut. The work crew left trash and pieces of our old lead-contaminated siding scattered around the property, I will be picking up cigarette butts until the end of summer. Our contractor eventually grew tired of our project and continually told us it was completed, we pointed out work that still needed to be done, but we were told the project was completed. We were frustrated and at a loss, as DaBella did not return calls or respond to emails. I took pictures and made a list of work I now had to do. The terrible experience continues. Our project was already wildly expensive, especially for the size of our home, but DaBella found a way to add on expenses. After Congress approved the second round of COVID-19 stimulus payments, we received a **final payment** bill for the amount of money we were going to receive, highly suspicious as we financed through DaBella so they could piece together how much our stimulus payment would be. I talked over the phone with DaBella, asking for clarification on the bill. I was given vague information, with nothing to justify the payment amount. I told DaBella my issues with the entire project experience over the phone again at this point, which has proven to be entirely fruitless, with zero attempts to fix any issues. DaBella then charged me the final payment amount with no approval. I have contacted DaBella multiple times to continue to dispute the charge, but it seems that they have my money and do not want to deal with me. I also received a voicemail from a local GM, from a phone number that does not work when I call it. I have since talked to two separate customer service reps who assure me the appropriate people have been emailed and called, but nothing has progressed. Every time I have called customer service, I have been told I would be contacted within 48 hours, but that has never happened. I do not recommend working with DaBella. The DaBella experience is frustrating, terrible, slow, and complicated unprofessional. DaBella operates under the guise of being the industry leader but only seems to take your money and run. And then charge you even more money.

I was referred to DaBella by a co worker and had them come out to give us a quote. Eric Burget came out and went over the problems we were having with roof leaking. He did a full inspection and showed me the problem, went over options and came up with a solution for us. Very thorough and knowledgeable. There wasnâ t a pressure to make an immediate decision and he helped us with getting financing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality professional service

When DeBella sent a salesman to my door I was a little warry that my roof was going to be much more than I could afford but Eric (the salesman) did an amazing job at walking me through all my options and all that DeBella has to offer compared to everyone else. Within 30 mins of him being there I knew DeBella was the company for the job.
