"2 projects completed. Mike tore out my old shower and tiled it anew and painted the ceiling and walls after. Looks great!!! Mike converted a basement bed room and entry into a granny flat for my elderly Mom. He removed walls added walls replaced an outer French door the finished with painting and carpeting. Plumbing. Electrical and carpentry required. Installed a washer dryer combo and a new garbage disposal in the mini kitchenette. 2nd project was removing dry rot lower 3 panels of siding then sand and stain the decks.
