The company's main focus is on carpet and upholstery cleaning, but they also do re-installation. The estimate, which included quality padding, and cleaning after installation, was reasonable and we were impressed with Rob's professionalism. That's understandable in retrospect, as he has been with the company since 1991 and holds a “Master Textile Cleaner” Certification, according to the company's website. He arrived on time for the installation, completed the re-installation efficiently, and left the carpet looking cleaner than it ever had. We were very pleased. "Very well. The sales process was seamless and while product was delayed, we were able to adjust with a similar but available product. Install included laminate, tile and carpet. All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling."
