Tim Haag misrepresented his ability to complete my bathroom remodel. The only part that went well was the tile that was performed by his subcontractor, James DeLima. The person who does the finish work for him is subpar at best. Tim and I communicated several times about the quality of the drywall work. The communication went from having them come and fix it to a final bill, with the threat of putting a lien on the house. I reminded Tim that the drywall was not complete and reminded him of the text conversations that he could look back on. He refuses to send someone to fix the problems and says the drywall is complete. I had another professional come and look at it. He agreed that the drywall was not paint worthy and very unfinished. Tim refuses to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. Another issue is his lack of ability to supervise the project. It's a small bathroom that should have taken 3 weeks. It's now over 3 months and it is not done. Steer clear of this one!

I could not have wished for a better entity to work with than Haag Construction! The owner is professional and personable. He was willing to engage in a dialogue with me regarding the best way to refurbish my rental property. His workers are very good at what they each do and were very personable as well. All in all I am a very satisfied customer, so much so that I will contract with Haag Construction for further work on the property once the tennants move out.

It was fantastic. Very professional, explained everything what's needed to adjust. Did everything the right way. It was job well done.
