"This is the second time I have used Black Diamond Services and once again they have exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism of job done, punctuality, follow-up, and overall quality. Joe, the owner, is very responsive and seems to really care about getting the job done just right. Several times during the job he would ask me to look at the work done so far and tell him if I was satisfied. If there was anything missed he would make sure that was done.
