"After several years the tiles around our gas fireplace had become loose and the grout was crumbling. Five Tiles came to take a look the day after I called, and were able to safely remove the loose tiles and determine and repair the problem with the backing. "Work was okay. Ended up having several runs in surface that needed to be sanded and resprayed. The repaired sections never did match the remaining surface. Upside is they were much less expensive than other quotes and were available to do the work when I needed it done."
