"I was visiting my mother in Iowa and her sink wouldnâ t drain and I couldnâ t fix it. It was on Labor Day and I was not sure if I could get anyone to come out that day. Jim responded and came out that morning to get the sink working properly. Jim did a great job and answered all questions that I had pertaining to sink he was fixing.
