I was given a cost to put in a toilet that I had purchased. Once the old toilet was removed I was told there was a broken flange and the cost would be an additional $800. I considered this a **bait and switch** tactic. When I complained of the cost he call his boss and offered to cut the cost in half. By that time I checked Mr. Rooter Website to find the cost of the flange much cheaper and they grudgingly gave me the higher of the prices mentioned by their website. I would not recommend them.

The plumber gave a cost competitive bid which was accurate , and in line with other folks, He also knew the local codes, and had the appropriate experience to correctly do the work I had requested. They were also friendly and efficient in getting the work done, and completed the work professionally, and without any surprises. I would definitely use Mr Rooter again

I received good and professional service to unclog a patio drain and there was good attention to detail. Also, I appreciated the recommendation that further and more expensive work would be needed to clear one other drain, and opted not to do that at the time, instead of paying for work that would not have been effective.

Needed a clean out to dump my RV at my house. Mike at Mr. Rooter really knows his stuff about plumbing compared to other companies I called, was straight to the point and honest, the project was top-notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early, and were willing to re-schedule the final walkthrough. Project turned out great!
