"We have Frontpoint at two houses. We had been looking for ways to cut our monthly expenses (Frontpoint is approx. $100 per month total), so I called them to find out what I could do. They informed me that I was under contract for another year, and that I cannot get out of the contract without an early termination fee that is equal to the cost of the service. I'm a little disappointed, because the upfront cost of the system was very expensive ($1,000+) for each house, so it seems odd that I would get sucked into this contract. Nevertheless, I forgot that I signed up for this with them. My calendar is marked for the day that my service ends, and I will be switching to a company that charges about half of what they do. They have OK customer service and are very responsive, but the wireless system had some issues with reception in my house due to a fireplace, and then they didn't want to work with me to get that resolved. They're OK, but I can't really recommend them."

He made sure that everything was what I expected. I did need to have some follow up work done on the chimney and he did that and also did some insulation. Every time I called him, he answered immediately. The price was comparable to another estimate I got. I got more for my money from him. The roof looks good and it appears to be quality work. He and his crew were here when they said. He came over a couple of times to check. He was very professional. I would use him again and I would recommend him."

"I was surprised that they worked on July 4th, on a holiday.  They were there three days in a row and they did a fine job.  They were very meticulous as far as cleaning up afterwards, they didn’t anything back.  It just came out real neat.  It was extremely hot, probably about 100 degrees."

"New walls were built using paneling that matched existing paneling.  I had asked for a 3-foot-high box with removable or hinged lid to be built around the sump pump to keep the cat from playing with it; Jamie recommend a closet instead of a box, which was acceptable to me, and will prove to be a better choice when I have the sump pump discharge rerouted away from sanitary sewer.
Sump pump failed overnight during construction.  I had not moved in yet, so I was glad that the workers altered me.  With my authorization they had a new sump pump installed, removed the soaked carpet, and ran dehumidifiers to dry out the basement.
One door was installed opening opposite my request, but this was too minor a detail to ask for a correction.
New doors and trim were stained and varnished, and all messes were cleaned up completely.  Very happy with the work.  Solar tube (skylight) in bathroom is wonderful!"
