I think the total job was a bit more inclusive than Todd might have anticipated but he got right in there and completed the job quickly (especially considering some of the twists we encountered). Todd is a very experienced plumber who worked ho*** ** my job and he is also very cordial and easy to communicate with. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal.
