"We have an older home with older ductwork. We had Spencer and Brayton out and they cleaned and sealed our ductwork. They did a great job. Professional, great communication, attention to detail. They reduced our air leakage by 86%. We noticed an immediate difference in improved airflow, our cold spots are no longer cold spots. Thanks!"

"After a headache of broken promises from another company...i found Matt Beebe thru Home Advisor..Matt called back within 5min. After i left him a msg. He asked me about my problem and then asked me if i need it done right away or if i could wait till the next day.i explained to him how frustrated i was with the other noshows..and he was happy to do it tonight..he told me 1hr..to 2hrs but he is on his way..i dont think it was even an hour and i saw him backin his trailer into my driveway..he was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and even ran a different tip(blade) for a second clearing, just to make sure he got most of the roots in the pipe..and after he was done he cleaned his area up real guud not leaving a mess!..I really liked Matt Beebe and will definitely call him again..because he has gained a very happy customer for life!!..thank you again Matt beebes .and great job sir!!"

"We got the estimate and a proposed date to start. Due to other jobs they had to delay us a few days but called us often to let us know how it looked for our job. These are a great group of guys, from the estimator to the workers. Polite, on time, hard working, cleaned up after themselves. Why would you go anywhere else. Thanks Guys. Now I can't wait for it to rain."

"PCS did a great job replacing my driveway and service walk. They completed the work quickly, it looks great, and exceeded my expectations. They were extremely cautious removing and replacing the grass around the driveway and cleaned up all the areas where they worked to a condition better than they found it. I would most definitely recommend their work and hire them again for any concrete work."

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

If you've discovered a rather frightening buildup of brown and black gunk below your shower cover, you're not alone. The smelly sludge is often a collection of mildew and biofilm. Biofilm comes from the breakdown of soap scum, hair, skin cells, and bacteria that collects during shower time. It's quite common in a humid space and relatively easy to clean with a gentle DIY cleaning solution such as baking soda and vinegar.

Bleach is generally not recommended for your shower drains. Although diluted bleach can technically help clean your drain, it will not unclog your pipes. In fact, bleach can harm your plumbing system because it’s so powerful. The bleach can change the color of your sink and even corrode metal pipes and fittings.

Often, people reach for bleach because it's already in their house. But it's worth getting a plunger or a drain snake for the job instead. It'll be a lot less money to buy a new plunger than to pay a plumber to repair or replace damaged pipes.

In the majority of cases, homeowners insurance will not cover a main sewer line root clog. The reason is that most insurance companies consider tree root damage to sewer lines as common wear and tear, which is also preventable. However, you may be able to buy optional add-on coverage, such as "service line coverage" or "sewer line endorsements," that would protect against root damage to your sewer line.

First, find the cleanout pipe in your yard. Unscrew the cap—you may need a wrench to do so. Then, get a drain snake. You can use a non-motorized one, but a motorized snake will make the job a little easier. Feed the snake through the pipe until it reaches the clog. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.

Professionals use augers, hydrojetting equipment, and cameras for precise clearing and inspection.
