"My experience with Roto Rooter was first rate. I posted my problem on HomeAdvisor and they contacted me promptly and gave me a couple options - repair or replacement of my water heater. I chose to replace it and Jim was able to locate a good replacement for me and get me scheduled the next day. The Plumbers arrived promptly and had my water heater replaced in about an hour. Even cleaned up well. Thanks Roto-Rooter."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
