Purchased their sale service for $499 on Angie's list, but they want to charge $50 more just for travelling from Des Moines to Ames. This extra charge is not listed on Angie's sale advertisement. It did not show up when I purchase the service. I contacted Angie's list but could not get any...

He will tell you if it is worth repairing something, or just replace it. He is reasonable in cost, and seems to get the parts very quickly.
Technician attempted repair. Repair did not take due to water heater being at end of life cycle. He did not clean up after himself. Ergo, parts and panels were spread about.
