They're really good. They have a good service technician. I think they charge 100 for a season.

Purchased their sale service for $499 on Angie's list, but they want to charge $50 more just for travelling from Des Moines to Ames. This extra charge is not listed on Angie's sale advertisement. It did not show up when I purchase the service. I contacted Angie's list but could not get any help. I cancelled service, but Angie's list still hold on my money. Now it is more than a week, I already installed the humidifier with another company, but still waiting to get my money back. My suggestion, find another company, never purchase Angie's list "sale service". I will call my credit card company to get the money back.

The service technician Chris was just outstanding.  He was on-time, he was extremely polite and professionalism.  He finished ahead of schedule, and did a thorough training of the system.  I couldn't be more impressed with how this went, it scheduled fast, was completed quickly, and the technician was just the epitome of exceptional service, thank you!

Install was very good experience.  It was done in less than two hours, and the new water heater has been running great.  Exceeded my already high expectations.  Will use them on all future work no question.

Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt with his quote and scheduled the installation within a week of my acceptance. The installation took a day and half, which is typical for both furnace and a/c. Sheets were laid on the floor so they wouldn't soil the carpet. His installer was very competent, professional and polite. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. The sheet metal./duct work was very tight and looked very good when completed. Every thing was cleaned up when the job was completed and there wasn't a speck of dirt left on the floor. I'm a very picky consumer and I'm completely satisfied with the job.

Once the job was complete, Brian brought me the warranties and the paperwork for the rebates. (Which he had already filled out for me and all I had to do was sign and date.)

Great! First he checked to make sure that we actually needed a new water heater or whether he could fix the one there. Tthen installed a new one in less than 2 hours, carried the old one out to the truck , gave a written receipt on the spot. TTwo days later we received two copies of the invoice plus a rebate form for energy efficiency in the mail.
We also have a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed by this company and are very pleased with all aspects of the installation and follow up.

I highly recommend him. He is very professional, polite, and he is someone who most people feel comfortable with having in their home. He has also replaced the water heater in my fiancée's condo and he came in at least $200-$300 less than the next bid and he did an excellent job. He usually shows up a minute or two early.

This went very well. Brian called within an hour of my call and was at my house 2 hours later. He not only diagnosed the problem, but showed me a hidden filter that was clogged. Very professional all the way around.

After getting several unsatisfactory estimates to have the AC moved to the other side of the house, a friend recommended contacting Midwest Comfort. Brian is super professional, friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond in the pouring rain to get the job done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Midwest Comfort.
