"If you ever have a complaint and feel that one of our technicians failed to meet your expectations, please call us at the office. When customers request certain technicians, we try but are not always able to make it work because of scheduling conflicts. With that said, our goal is to train every technician to perform in the same manner so they all deliver service that is above your expectations.
