They were prompt; efficient; friendly and professionally completed the work. I would hire them again. I would also recommend them as well.

The tech arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and the dryer works again. Exactly what you hope for in a repair service- fast, efficient and the price was reasonable.

Metro did not repair my fridge. I went with Green Appliance because they could do it two days earlier. The repairman and the office employee were excellent. They kept me informed as to exactly when they would be arriving. The job was finished in a few hours and has worked fine since then.

Tech didn't show up for original appointment, there apparently was some miscommunication between office and techs and I was never scheduled. However, the owner was very apologetic to the mix-up, and had a tech out the next business day. Tech was friendly and helpful, and repair was quick. They also did compensate for original scheduling mix-up.

They attempted one solution which didn't work so they ordered a part. After the part came in, he discovered another solution without needing to install the part. So far my dryer is working without the noise.

I didn't even get that far. I called and the person answering the phone was very rude and not helpful. She just told me they didn't fix my brand of dryer and hung up. Terrible customer service.

Unusual parts were needed, requiring a return trip. But all was great.

I tried sending an e-mail through Angie's List with my issue - no response. So, after three days I called the company. I called on a Wednesday and was told Monday was the first available day for a repairman. The repair was scheduled for between 9-11 am. I received a call shortly after 9 am from Josh who said he was on his way. He looked at the dryer and stated the thermofuse was blown and had to be replaced. He also cleared the blower housing. Everything was completed within 30 minutes.

It ended up being two trips to our house to do the repair but it got done. Yay!

It went very well! Technician new exactly what was wrong, had the part, installed it, and was finished in less than 15 minutes.

Good. Electrical connections for the dryer had already been verified, the exhaust vent had been cleaned, and access to the back of the dryer was available before calling for service. The technician called and arrived within the time frame given for the service date. He had the replacement part in his vehicle. From arrival to departure, the entire service call took less than 30 minutes.

Called for appointment on a Wednesday. Was told they are scheduling into next week. I asked for a Friday appointment the following week, and was told to call back next Wednesday if I wanted Friday service. They are apparently not able to schedule out 9 days. I chose not to call back, since today is Wed, and I couldn't get Friday service this week. Why would next week be any different?

Last year I called to get my freezer repaired, they came out within a few days...ordered a part came back within a week $200-$300 later freezer was working. No complaints Today I called and told them the freezer was not working again and asked them to look up what happened before, I was told they don't do anything by computer and they only have paper copies...I asked her to look up the paper copy...she then told me they don't really keep any paper copies...at least not where she could access them. This is so unbelievable...how do you not keep records of what you do for customers, warranty concerns or call backs like my request. I decided to call another company...Metro Appliance either needs to get in the 21st century or better train their staff to explain this unexplainable business practice.

Josh was very friendly, spent a lot of time working on the dishwasher to clear it of residue and gave advice on how to prevent problems in the future. Very pleased.

This is the first repair person who was able to diagnose the problem and give me advice and options!! Highly recommend.
