"This company did a great job of cleaning my gas logs and resolving an issue I had with the switch. For an additional fee, they also cleaned out my dryer vent since I'm moving. What I really liked was the complimentary fire safety review of my home. As soon as I move into my new home, I will contact them to help implement the safety features they suggested for my home."

"They replaced a gas pipe (about 35 feet) and the original quote was $1,160.00, but ended up being $1,900.00+ when they finished because of the materials they had to purchase. While they explained that the materials may increase the quoted price, they did not indicate that it might be $800 or more. Aside from this, the Company and the Plumber they sent were very professional and the quality of work was great. Next time, however, I will know to request specifics regarding additional materials cost, and I advise others to do so as well."
