"Work was none right and what additional work was needed on the woodburning fireplace made into a gas fired ceramic log fireplace. Fireplace was blowing out pieces of carbon onto the hearth. Gas pan can be addressed later. Move existing ceramic logs, grate, and pan further back into the fireplace and raised existing metal pan onto two fire bricks. Downstairs wood burning oven needs a rear hood and a smaller, 6" or 8" dia. stainless steel flue to be located inside an already masonry lined flue. This is needed because the existing chimney is to0 large for the stove to properly function. In the past we had to use a large propane flame thrower to heat the chimney in order to create the correct draw on the cast iron fireplace insert oven. Oven was also not properly sealed. That is work for another day."

"Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. It's been a long time since I worked with a company who stands behind what they offer, and who is so excellent at what they do - and we LOVE the results!!!! Since they tried chasing the issue by randomly replacing parts (that did not fix the issue) we are back to square one and are now looking for another company to service the system. Lesson learned the hard way - stay away from this company."
