"Today Cody C. did some plumbing work at my house, and I was really impressed. It wasn't an easy problem to solve, but he got curious, took his time, and ultimately developed a clear diagnosis of what was wrong. He was a great communicator and, above all, honest about what he could fix and what would have to be a more involved job. He spoke well of the company and offered to come back for subsequent work on the problem. He and Mr. Plumber just woke me over from my previous contractor."

"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"

"Wonderful service, I couldn't be happier with my new system. They arrived on time & worked all day until the heat pump was up & running. They finished on the next day. This was a big job. They removed all the old equipment & cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them in the future."
