It wasn't an easy problem to solve, but he got curious, took his time, and ultimately developed a clear diagnosis of what was wrong. He was a great communicator and, above all, honest about what he could fix and what would have to be a more involved job. He spoke well of the company and offered to come back for subsequent work on the problem. He and Mr. Plumber just woke me over from my previous contractor."

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."
