"I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost."

"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. "PLEASE READ: Mark was great to work with in the beginning. After I did calculations for some items, Mark became angry and stopped communicating. Before construction could continue, I needed to get an electrician out because there was a real issue. Mark insisted there wasn't. After I insisted and called him out on his lack of communication, he said he was sending over his electrician the next morning. I cancelled plans and stayed home to wait on electrician. I never heard from Mark and he did not respond to texts. I called and he said there was nothing wrong and a new switch was installed. I called an electrician. There was an issue and the new switch was not installed. We also agreed that I would pay for flooring materials on main floor(lvp and underlayment) and Mark would demo and level kitchen and provide transition and baseboard. The floor is sloped in an area and there is a random square board and cuts in wood in more than one area. Mark used my old cheap laminate as a transition board on the stairs. This is not a joke or exaggeration. In addition, Mark did not use the underlayment that I purchased at his recommendation. Mark’s company cut and painted flooring on my gray stained covered porch without putting anything down. I have this on blink video occurring all day. There was paint and dust all over the porch. Mark does not apologize ever. The area had sharp small nails on stairs that were not even worked on. Mark said my request to correct this is ridiculous and said he would not repair slope. I’ve given him every opportunity to repair. I asked for an additional contract so we could let the contract guide us instead. Mark refused to add repairing of slope area and ignores me about underlayment. I asked him not to continue work or send his guys back for other work(He is doing insurance work on bottom floor.) Mark sent his guys twice after this and they just came into the house. I sent them home on Labor Day and texted Mark that I explicitly asked him not to be on the property until we had a signed agreement. His response was they could just work in garage. Update: 9/9/24! Mark is now demanding I take the reviews down or he won’t repair floors. The nightmare continues. He said he is putting a lien on my house. He says I am preventing him from doing the work but that is a complete lie. Read all details above to understand."
