When the system died, we called Dayco, and Wayne arrived quickly. He assessed the situation, replaced some coolant as a temporary fix, and talked with us about the type of replacement system we would prefer. After hearing our preferences, he made recommendations, gave us prices in writing, and told us to call him if we had questions or wanted to discuss options further. We were impressed with his product knowledge and lack of sales pressure.
After making the decision, we called Wayne and he and the Dayco Team responded quickly. The technicians who installed the new system arrived on time as scheduled, were polite and professional, and cleaned up everything. The cost was exactly as quoted.
The system is working well. We also like that the 5" filter will have to be replaced only once a year. We are pleased with the entire process and highly recommend Dayco to others.

"Rusty made sure the drain was clear to the end. He even fixed it so it would have an easy access in case the pipe got clogged again. The cost was about the same as other estimates I got. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use this plumber again. I would also recommend him."

"Roy ran into every problem I think possible with my septic tank and lines,but he had a solution for everyone of them.. Very Knowledgeable guy.... They even stayed till after 10pm to make sure I got everything fixed.. They cleaned up all the messes they made and even leveled my yard back smoothly... For the money he was at least 200$ cheaper than anyone else and did quality work... Thank you Rooter Pros for a well done job..."

"When I called for help I was called back by a very knowledgeable young man who set up a time to come right out to help us with what we saw as an emergency situation They explained what they were doing and sent me pictures ( I am out of town). "Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."
