This particular job was very a comprehensive two zoned system replacement. Chose high end very efficient Trane systems. Work was performed exceptionally well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"Roy ran into every problem I think possible with my septic tank and lines,but he had a solution for everyone of them.. Very Knowledgeable guy.... They even stayed till after 10pm to make sure I got everything fixed.. They cleaned up all the messes they made and even leveled my yard back smoothly... For the money he was at least 200$ cheaper than anyone else and did quality work... Thank you Rooter Pros for a well done job..."

"When I called for help I was called back by a very knowledgeable young man who set up a time to come right out to help us with what we saw as an emergency situation They explained what they were doing and sent me pictures ( I am out of town). "Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."
