"The first technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to be there. He did phone and say he had run into problems at the previous job and could not make it. The water heater did need replacing but it was not the problem with the water leak. It was the air conditioner and the pipe was clogged that took the condensation water out of the house. The reservoir was filling up and leaking back into the house. The technician stated I needed and air conditioner person to work on that.
