They went above and beyond to address my erosion and water pooling on yard. They also graded and added French drain with several under ground pipes. The cherry on top was the wonderful marble rock island in flower beds and 2 retainer walls after graded area for vegetable garden. My wild yard was tamed and shrubs trimmed to perfection. "The staff and workman were friendly and helpful. The waterproofing repair was scheduled under my warranty with Everdry. I was assured that there would be no cost to me for the repairs. However, what was not explained to me was that the repairs and replacement of the flooring and baseboards that were removed for the repairs would be at my expense. The replacement costs will run over $1000+. I am an 82 year old retired widow on a fixed income and would not have authorized the work if I had known."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"
