"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"I found these guys by happenstance, after contacting and receiving quotes from the two, allegedly, top companies in the field of waterproofing and foundation repair. Both drew up elaborate work plans for thousands of dollars of work, and one of the plans was centered in an area in which there was no water intrusion!! What a breath of fresh air it is to have a service pro say upon rounding the corner of your property, "I know what this is." Turns out they did! They explained what the problem was, how they would address it, and then did just that. Professional, timely, conscientious, and smart. These guys know their business, and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. Will definitely use again!!!"

He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. I highly recommend Vanguard for their conscientious and dependable work."
