My father Robert Morton started this company after serving in WWII. He was old-fashioned and believed in great workmanship at a fair price. He also believed in providing personal service and was at every job site to supervise and answer any and all questions that customers might have. I grew up with these beliefs and in my younger years I physically installed siding, roofing, and windows. Today, I can be proud to say that I have continued that tradition passed along from my father. We take tremendous pride in the services we provide and our goal is to do the PERFECT job every step of the way. We understand that remodeling your home can be quite a nail-biter, but we do everything in our power to make the whole entire process stress-free and reassuring. "I have been extremely pleased with Russ Morton and Perfection Roofing & Siding. They recently replaced our 40 year old cedar siding with Nichiha fiber cement siding. It has been a great experience from start to finish. First Vlad came out to do the free estimate. He drove me around to three houses they had done in our area so I could see the quality of their work, which was impressive. I also got quotes from other contractors. The larger companies that advertise came in about 50% higher than Perfection, who only asked for a nominal deposit to get on their schedule. Russ was readily available to answer questions from my initial decision making through final completion. Fabio and the siding team did a great job and finished faster than expected. Fortunately the rain held off. Cortez was very helpful in deciding on the paint color. They used the top quality Duration paint by Sherwin Williams. His team did a great job and we are extremely pleased with how our house looks now."

If the blind inside the glass on the door hadn’t broken I never would have known the door I paid for which clearly states on my sales agreement was a Jeld Wen wasn’t a Jeld Wen that was installed. I emailed Mark in November last year and let him know the blind had broken and was the door under warranty since it was purchased in 2017. He answered the next day stating he’d order a replacement window for the door since it was still under warranty. After that initial email, I sent two others to Mark and they went unanswered. Finally figured out I wasn’t ever going to get a reply so in April I contacted Jeld Wen directly only to be told it wasn’t one of their doors. ATL Area Window & Door Company seems to be a nice company to work with, just make sure what you’re paying for is actually what is installed."

"Do not use Casey’s Painting. They previously did good work for me. However, they do not honor their so-called three year warranty. That warranty requires the customer to use them to pressure wash the surface. I had them do that the first year. Their crew used much too high a pressure, stripping the oil based stain off the deck. We also asked them to gently spray the pine pollen off some metal porch furniture. They also stripped paint off it by using much, much too high pressure. I asked their sales guy, Todd Hildreth, to take a look. He came out, saw the problem and promised to recoat the stripped areas. I showed him the damaged furniture, just to show what his crew did, not to ask for a repair or a refund. He made a bunch of excuses for everything and never scheduled anyone to honor the warranty, despite multiple text requests. Even then, I recently asked for a quote to paint 14 shutters that our HOA called out. He quoted more than double the going rate, and despite the high quote, I asked when he could get the job done, to placate the HOA. He then ghosted me, so the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, aside from him behaving totally unprofessionally. Finally, I scheduled my new go-to painter, Chip James, of James Paints. He came out in four days with three guys and got the job done professionally, in about two hours, for less than half the cost. Do not use Casey’s Painting."
