Casey's Professional Painting

Do not use Casey’s Painting. They previously did good work for me. However, they do not honor their so-called three year warranty. That warranty requires the customer to use them to pressure wash the surface. I had them do that the first year. Their crew used much too high a pressure, stripping the oil based stain off the deck. We also asked them to gently spray the pine pollen off some metal porch furniture. They also stripped paint off it by using much, much too high pressure. I asked their sales guy, Todd Hildreth, to take a look. He came out, saw the problem and promised to recoat the stripped areas. I showed him the damaged furniture, just to show what his crew did, not to ask for a repair or a refund. He made a bunch of excuses for everything and never scheduled anyone to honor the warranty, despite multiple text requests. Even then, I recently asked for a quote to paint 14 shutters that our HOA called out. He quoted more than double the going rate, and despite the high quote, I asked when he could get the job done, to placate the HOA. He then ghosted me, so the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, aside from him behaving totally unprofessionally. Finally, I scheduled my new go-to painter, Chip James, of James Paints. He came out in four days with three guys and got the job done professionally, in about two hours, for less than half the cost. Do not use Casey’s Painting.

Competitive pricing and flexible with scheduling. The team put in long days and got the job done quickly.

Much of old rotting wood needing to be replaced or sanded. It was not. Many nails sticking up were not nailed down after asking twice. Overall doesn't look that great for what we paid.

Painters were very good but not happy with project manager.

They did a real good job. I was well pleased with the work they did. The work was done in two days.

Casey's was great to work with.  Their quote came in a bit lower than any competitor and after waiting a couple of weeks to get HOA approval for our new house colors, Casey's was ready to start the day after they were approved!  They worked fast, with everything being done, including just a few minor repairs, by the end of the next day.  The house looks great and we couldn't be happier with the services provided.

Couldn't be happier! They did an awesome job.

All work performed to my satisfaction.  One problem with deck, but when discussed with foreman, problem was resolved quickly.

They did a great job, starting with pressure cleaning the house as thoroughly as I've ever seen. Crew was professional and courteous and did an excellent job painting. I have had the house painted three times before and this was far and away the best job.
Only thing that could make job better was if they were to clean the exterior of the windows before painting or before replacing the screens, since there is no way for a homeowner to clean upper story windows. Would be great if they washed the screens also.
No one else, I have used, has done this either.

Quality job that still looks good after 5 years

They were prompt, they showed up on time, they showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they cleaned up after themselves. We will use them a year from now to paint the inside of our house. We continued to get different contractors to paint our house because we weren’t happy, but we were very happy with Casey’s.

Excellent job!  They showed up promptly when they said they would and did a fantastic job on our home.  They also stained our Pergola and did a fabulous job with that.  These guys worked hard.  Highly recommend them.

Casey's Painting provided us with the best estimate out of several to paint the ceilings and walls in our stairwell, entryway, living room, dining room and hallway. We wanted 2 walls accented in a, slightly, darker color and they did exactly as we asked and the end result looks great. They are reliable and did a very professional job.

They came when they promised and worked diligently on all the work.  While I did find a few items that were either over looked or didn't meet expectations they corrected them promptly without issue.  Their working supervisor on site was great to work with and personally had high standards.  I would use this firm again.

The company arrived as scheduled, completed prep work which included cleaning, resealing siding, calking of seams, and replacement of porch boards.  Then a team of painters swarmed the house over a period of four days painting all exterior surfaces.  This included chimneys, porch roof, front porch, trim, and all shutters. 

The provider came out and provided a competitive estimate - we needed the second floor painted and the exterior fence around the property.  The provider completed the second floor paint job but missed a ceiling in one of the bedrooms.  It took 3 months to get them back out to finish the ceiling.  The exterior fence never got painted by the provider.  My husband and I reached out MULTIPLE times to get the work completed and they never called back.  Horrible customer service.
