It was excellent, keep me notified of every step of the job, very happy service and structure went very well.

I called and set up an appointment for an in-home quote. The morning of, I was called to ask if the person could come two hours earlier than the scheduled appointment time and I was not available so I was told they would arrive at our scheduled time with a 30 minute heads up call. When there was 15min left in the appointment window, I called to get an ETA. At first the driver was unresponsive and then said he was 15min away. After waiting an additional 30 minutes without him showing up, I cancelled the appointment and will not be using this business again.

It went VERY well. The whole thing from first contact to installation took less than a week, which included time for them to have the glass we needed custom made. The price seemed excellent, so we moved forward immediately upon receiving the estimate. Everything seems to be installed well and looks great!!

I put in a request for a quote on their website. After not hearing anything from anyone for 5 days, I called the office and the person who answered took my information to give to her boss for a quote. The following week I finally received a response via email. After 3 more days and no response I reached back out to them. Long story short they did not communicate with each other and were just pricing out the door handle and not the whole door, even the email I sent stated it was for the whole door. The person who I was working with said she would need to send someone out to measure, and thankfully was able to fit someone in the same day to measure. Yet another disappointment came when the technician came 30 minutes early, and I wasn't home, and he did not wait. This was a long complicated process for something very simple. I felt the whole time that I was begging them to help me, and that my business was not important to them. The person who I was working with did not seem to care she was losing my business over this situation.

MG Glass is very easy to work with and their professionalism is outstanding! The way we wanted our shower door to work was non-standard and another glass company told us that it couldn't be done. Well, MG Glass told us that they could do exactly what we want - and they did. It works perfectly and the whole shower enclosure is beautiful. The installers are very good at what they do. They got the job done quickly, perfectly and professionally. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

They did and excellent job. They forgot the patio door screen and one window screen was the wrong size. But, they rectified the problem timely.

Great price, and very good communication.  They called us regularly to keep us updated on the status of their work and informed us when the finish date was delayed due to the wrong part being shipped (no fault on their end).  They did install once piece backwards intially, but fixed it at no charge.  I would definitely recommend them to others.
