I called and set up an appointment for an in-home quote. The morning of, I was called to ask if the person could come two hours earlier than the scheduled appointment time and I was not available so I was told they would arrive at our scheduled time with a 30 minute heads up call. When there was 15min left in the appointment window, I called to get an ETA. At first the driver was unresponsive and then said he was 15min away. After waiting an additional 30 minutes without him showing up, I cancelled the appointment and will not be using this business again.

It went VERY well. The whole thing from first contact to installation took less than a week, which included time for them to have the glass we needed custom made. The price seemed excellent, so we moved forward immediately upon receiving the estimate. Everything seems to be installed well and looks great!!

I put in a request for a quote on their website. After not hearing anything from anyone for 5 days, I called the office and the person who answered took my information to give to her boss for a quote. The following week I finally received a response via email. After 3 more days and no response I reached back out to them. Long story short they did not communicate with each other and were just pricing out the door handle and not the whole door, even the email I sent stated it was for the whole door. The person who I was working with said she would need to send someone out to measure, and thankfully was able to fit someone in the same day to measure. Yet another disappointment came when the technician came 30 minutes early, and I wasn't home, and he did not wait. This was a long complicated process for something very simple. I felt the whole time that I was begging them to help me, and that my business was not important to them. The person who I was working with did not seem to care she was losing my business over this situation.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional. They came within budget and it looks absolutely amazing.

Since it was two quite different installations they were here a couple f times. Could not be happier with the finished product. Look great!

My experience with them went very well. I was pleasantly surprised because on Angie's List there were both, good and bad. When I called them, they came and did a good job. They were very knowledgeable. I called them up and they knew what I was asking for, which was a round table. They knew I wanted safety glass and when I got there, they loaded it in my pickup for me. Overall they were excellent. The price was better than I expected and the quality was good.

What a disappointment it has been to work with this company. I phoned on Thursday last week (June 28) to see if they could replace a double-paned window. It's not big (31x 32) as it is only 1/4 of the large front window. I was quoted $250 and told that someone would come by the next day, probably in the afternoon, but that they would call me give an exact time, or let me know if it needed to wait until Monday. NO CALL, NO SHOW. I called at 3:30 on Friday when no one had called or shown up and called them again. The young man (Dan -whom I'd spoken to the day before) seemed confused, he saw my paperwork but said and quot;I guess they didn't take it with themand quot;. He promised they would be by on Monday, and that they would call to say if it would be morning or afternoon. NO CALL, NO SHOW. It wasn't until 6:04 PM I actually got a call from Dan. I'd left the phone in the car for a few minutes and sure enough saw that he'd left a message, apologizing that yet again no one had actually shown up, but that they would on Tuesday. I waited 2 DAYS on them, I'm not up for waiting for a 3rd. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and completely disorganized. I saw all their and quot;A'sand quot; that they'd received here on Angie's List, but I definitely didn't get their A-Game.

They responded quickly and had my door replaced within hours for a reasonable rate.

The free-initial consultation was very informative. The renovation went wonderfully. The work was beautiful and MG Glass were great workers. They finished when promised and were clean and tidy. All sizes were a perfect fit.
