The crew was punctual and worked steadily and efficiently. Items were shrink wrapped and furniture was blanketed and shrink wrapped. Working with this company has been great and took worry off my mind. I highly recommend this company.

Our moving team was excellent. They were prompt, communicative, and professional. They took care to wrap and prepare furniture with care. When I saw them checking finials on furniture and wrapping loose ones separately, and making sure they were then properly replaced and secured after moving, I knew these guys wanted to do a good job and cared about their work. They know moving is stressful and fearful for clients, and they stated that they aimed to provide assurance and calm as much as possible. They were delightful, worked hard and in every way to please. Highly recommend.

They were fantastic. I have done a lot of research before I selected them because sadly, I have had unfortunate experiences with movers before. So, I talked to them quite a bit before I decided to use them and they were responsive immediately. When I would call, I could get someone and if I e-mail them, they would e-mail back. They were really responsive to start with and they called me on the day of the move to let me know that they were on their way. They showed up exactly on time and called me half-an-hour before to tell me they were on their way. They are extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. The whole time, they were in motion and it was just two guys. In one place, I had stairs without an elevator and then the second place, there was an elevator, but my sofa could not fit in the elevator. So, they figured out a clever way to maneuver it up to the fourth floor without damaging it in anyway. I thought that was pretty impressive. Another good thing about them is that when we got to the new apartment, they remembered where my furniture had been situated in my previous apartment. They asked me if I wanted my dresser in the same place as it was before and pointed where it used to be. I did not even remember exactly and they did. I thought that is not just doing your job. That is paying attention while you are doing your job. That is pretty spectacular for a moving company. They wrap your furniture too. They bring the material themselves and they do the wrapping like they boxed my flat screen TV and they wrapped the sofas and nothing was damaged in the move. I had a lamp that fell apart during the move, but it was not their fault. It was old and it would have fallen apart had I tried to move it and they even brought it to my attention that that had happened and offered to replace it if I wanted them to. They did not even have to tell me, but they did and offered to replace it.

Great professional service!!! Although I answered the detailed questionnaire regarding what needed to be moved, Daniel with 24/7 felt that an in-person estimate would be more beneficial. He arrived about 1.5 weeks prior to the scheduled move and estimated 6-7 hours would be needed. Schedule confirmation is completed online with a one hour deposit required. The moving team of 4 were prompt, courteous and very professional. They took great care in handling items and made sure that all furniture was secured wrapped and covered. They were able to disassemble furniture where needed without difficulty. At the new home, the moving team confirmed placement of items and reassembled all furniture. They were efficient and worked very hard during the entire day! Highly recommend.

I called in late July to schedule my move. They clearly called out policy (e.g., 3 hour minimum) and rates, as well as their policy should I need to reschedule. They then sent a helpful email with tips on how to best pack and be ready for them come move day. I did end up having to reschedule (delayed a week) but they easily accommodated me. Three movers showed up on time the day
of my move and got straight to work. I showed them around the house and detailed what I wanted to be moved. They then went over the brief paperwork with me and encouraged me to ask questions or raise concern anywhere in the process. In fact, they frequently asked me if I had any questions or concerns. While I didn?t have questions (they were all answered) or concerns (none came up) I would have felt more than comfortable raising them with the movers. They were professional, courteous and careful with my items.

Three fantastic, professional, friendly men showed up a few minutes
early and got right to work. My move was a bit complicated because I was
moving a two-bedroom condo and a storage unit and a few large and heavy
items from a house all into one storage unit. I also moved a few heavy
items from the condo to the house. They rolled with all the details and
small changes I made along the way. It took about 9 hours, which was
good considering everything involved. These guys worked really hard,
nonstop.
We will be moving again in several months and will not only use them again, but request the same crew.

It went pretty much ok there were two movers one looked kind of weird they were real friendly they took a little over 2 hours and were very pleasent to have in my home they even but the bed and dresser together for me

Each time they have been totally excellent. The workers have been prompt, polite, clean, efficient, knowledgeable, effective, high energy, and reliable. They've disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease. I think their prices are 10-15% higher than market, but I will gladly pay their rates considering their quality of work.

The movers they sent were incredible!  They were a few minutes late, but called me in advance to let me know they would be late, so it was not a big deal.  They were friendly and professional upon arrival, and once we had finalized the paperwork, got right to work.  They were fast and thorough, wrapping all of my furniture in plastic / blankets, double wrapping glass and my TV.  The two movers never stopped working over that time - I felt as though they were trying to get my move done rapidly, which I definitely appreciate.  Absolutely nothing was broken in the move, and they treated the furniture and boxes with care.
Overall, it was a great service - these guys are what moving should be like.  No question, I will be calling them for my next move.

Wow, where to begin. From the initial estimate via email, to the guys showing up exactly on time, these guys were amazing. Estoban and his crew were efficient, careful, and courteous, but most of all FAST!! I couldn't believe how quickly these guys moved our 2 bedroom home, but also carefully. Not one scratch on my new hardwoods or one mark on my newly painted walls. We looked at several companies on Angie's List, but we are elated we chose 24/7 moving. They do charge a 1 hour trip charge, but they disclosed it to me upfront and there was no surprises on my end which I appreciated. Bravo to you guys and thank you so much!
