They arrived on time,they went above and beyond,they put tarps all around the house to catch trash, they covered plants and bushes,tore off roofing,replaced tar paper replaced some of my vents finished the job in one day. Chris was very easy to talk to and followed all my requests. He was not here when job was finished the crew cleaned up ran magnet roller over the yard removing all the nails that had fallen. Chris came by the next day so we could pay him. Great guy,great crew will defineatly hire again."

"I called two contractors to come out and look at the problem area. The first guy was useless-/ looked at the wet spot in the basement, walked around the perimeter, then wrote out an expensive proposal for waterproofing. This company did not charge for the visit. Then Anthony arrived. He cut a hole in the sheetrock and explored the whole area very carefully, including turning on the hose full blast and running it right along the foundation for 30+ minutes. He found the problem— a leaky pipe— and gave us a competitive bid. I was very impressed with Anthony. He was there over an hour and clearly was not going to leave until he found the answer to the problem. Kudos to Anthony and Basement King for outstanding customer service. I’m a Realtor and you can bet that all of my colleagues will get my strong recommendation to use this company in the future. The $50 charge for the visit was money well spent, whereas the $0 charged by the first contractor was an appropriate amount for what I got— nothing."
