Tile by John Perry does all types of tile and marble installations and repairs. Floors, bathroom remodels, kitchen backsplashes, and more. All installations are done by John Perry. "John was excellent in every step of the process. Responded quickly with a very competitive bid. Easy to communicate with and gave good suggestions about tile options and grout color. He installed 2 backsplashes (kitchen and bar area) and a bathroom floor. He also did repairs on a 20-year-old bathroom floor. All the work exceeded my expectations, especially on an awkward (outside) corner on the kitchen backsplash. He takes pride in his work and was meticulous in the installation and thoroughly cleaned up each day. He was very kind with our 2 big dogs and ensured that we put them in a different room so that they did not step on any pieces of glass during the glass tile demolition. We are very happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend John as a tile professional."

I trusted him and his crew to do a great job. After meeting his crew when we were testing stain colors, I felt very comfortable leaving town while they worked in my home. We are very pleased with the hardwood floors. You cannot tell where the new floors begin and the old existed. They were beautifully woven together. The inlaid wood floor vents give a very polished look to the home. I did have a couple of spots on the handrails that I wanted them to look at when I got home. They promptly came back and did a few touch ups. When a company is willing to make a trip back out so that you are 100% happy, I always appreciate that."

He has worked in two personal homes installing all new hardwoods on the entire main levels and in the hallway upstairs and master bedroom. Additionally, McEwan floors has refinished the hardwoods in a rental home for me. Each time, Jim was patient with me when I took my time trying to decide what color stain. He often put several stain colors down for me to look at and decide on. He works diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible. Hardwood flooring install is a hard and messy process. I did not live in the home at the time the hardwoods were being installed so I can not attest to that experience.
