Claudia agreed to 9am, Thursday, but never showed up. When I called her she said she left me a msg the night before and when she did not hear from me she did not show up at the scheduled time. ??? When I called her she said she could arrive an hour later. I requested that she clean up 3 closets, clean shelves and floor. She did a good job, but she wanted $40 an hour for simple cleaning, organizing a shelf. I paid her $115 for 3 hours @ $35 per hour (for being late). I will be looking for someone who is on time, and a little less expensive per hour.

"We apologize to hear that ,and we were calling to confirm the appointment and the time. We got the confirmation on address 9:20am (the day of) and the distance from our location to your house was 1 hour . We tried our best to get there on time ,but the delay on confirmation of the address was the reason of us being late. When we got to your house we saw that the job that you wanted us to do was not quite our job , but we were happy to assist. We took a little over 3 hours there .When you asked for the price we asked you if $120 was ok for the job we did or what was fair , and you gave us a check of $105 for the 3 1/2 hours of the job ."

Post Construction Clean up
I met with Claudia and we walked through my home and I explained to her my needs and she delivered! We revonated our home and I needed a crew to come and clean up post construction because I was having a hard time keeping up with wiping all the dust away. They did a great job!! Im actually going to maintain service with them. She also did a great job explaining that their might be dust still settling and she would be happy to come back to help clean up again!! They were extremely friendly and hard working. Definitely go with them!!
