"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "Edin came to unblock two drains. In the master bedroom, he ended up figuring out that it did not need anything, just an adjustment to the drain and he may have also removed a little bit in the drain, I am not sure I was not in the bathroom. He did not charge me since he figured it out in 5 minutes and I appreciate that. He was supposed to send one his guys back for the other bathroom to change the broken stopper. I never heard from anyone. Also, I texted him that he left his clipboard with other jobs on it. He said his worker would pick it up when he came to see about fixing the stopper. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. I did talk to Edin about a week ago, he said he would pick it up, but I have not heard anything since. I am not sure what to do with it. I gave 4 stars for value for money because he did not charge me and 4 stars for quality of work because he did respond quickly and resolved the issue. Just disappointed I did not hear back from anyone and his clipboard is still here."

"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.
