"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. "Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

"Edin came to unblock two drains. In the master bedroom, he ended up figuring out that it did not need anything, just an adjustment to the drain and he may have also removed a little bit in the drain, I am not sure I was not in the bathroom. He did not charge me since he figured it out in 5 minutes and I appreciate that. He was supposed to send one his guys back for the other bathroom to change the broken stopper. I never heard from anyone. Also, I texted him that he left his clipboard with other jobs on it. He said his worker would pick it up when he came to see about fixing the stopper. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. I did talk to Edin about a week ago, he said he would pick it up, but I have not heard anything since. I am not sure what to do with it. I gave 4 stars for value for money because he did not charge me and 4 stars for quality of work because he did respond quickly and resolved the issue. Just disappointed I did not hear back from anyone and his clipboard is still here."

A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.
