Shay at Emerson Home Services provided me with an accurate and competitive estimate. He was friendly and responsive to my follow up questions. Once I signed the contract everything went smoothly. His crew worked hard and was efficient. They replaced my roof and skylights in one day. The clean up was fantastic. The project Manager Chris was on site watching all the work. He was on time with his crew and always available to answer. questions. A great company with first rate people.

Jonathan Braun with Emerson was quite pleasant to deal with from the initial consultation. My wife & I could tell immediately that he has experience, not only in roofing, but on the insurance side of things as well. Everything was properly explained & documented. The work was performed in a timely manner. Final product / installation was amazing, all while not disturbing our weekly schedule. Highly recommend Jonathan Braun & Emerson! Thanks guys!

Emerson Home Services did an amazing job for mine and my mother in law's house next door. From the first inspection Austin and Shay helped with filing a claim with our insurance companies, and took care of everything after that. I was not even in town when the insurance adjusters came to inspect, they arranged the appointments and met with them for the inspection. Both houses were fully covered. The installation crew did a fantastic job as well. Adam was in charge on my roof and kept me in the loop on progress. Additional wood that is not easily found, (big box didn't carry it) but they were able to track it down and complete the job. Chris led the crew on my mother in laws house and again was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The crew did a great job, both with installation and cleanup. I highly recommend this company, from start to finish they did an amazing job.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I needed a new roof, having to pay without assistance from insurance. I sought quotes from six different roofing companies. Six quotes gave me a range of what to expect. Shay, from Emerson Home Services, promptly delivered a reasonable quote. I ultimately chose EHS because Shay communicated clearly to me what I could expect. His price was not the cheapest but by far was not the highest. It also helped my decision that I had done business with EHS over 30 years ago and seeing they were still around was comforting. The very large crew promptly arrived early Thursday morning, led by Adam. He introduced himself to me, advising of the steps they would take to protect my wife and I, our home and property. He was our point of contact for any concerns or needs. It was amazing to watch from inside how everyone worked safely together to get this roof replaced by days end. By 5:30PM, Adam invited me to do the walk around/inspection with him to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend EHS.
