"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Brandon the owner showed up on time as we discussed. He was very thorough when trying to find the issue. After about 30 minutes he found the electrical issue with my freezer and had it back up and running with a return visit because the parts had to be ordered. He even provided me with a temporary freezer until the part came in. If I have any issues with any of my refrigerator equipment I will definitely contact colder climate again and recommend him to anyone who has issues with their equipment."
