"I gotta tell ya, Roger is the man! He recently had his crew did some work on my back porch, installing screens, plexiglass, and a door, and boy, did he knock it out of the park! The screens weren't his, and neither was the door - he got 'em from a different company. But Roger and his men? They didn't bat an eye. They took those pieces and made 'em fit like they were made for my porch. Now, my porch has several imperfections, and the frames were not even. But that didn't stop Roger. He worked around all those bumps and chips, fitting in the screens and plexiglass like a pro. Not a gap in sight when he was done! And let's talk about communication. Roger kept me in the loop the whole time. No fancy jargon or anything, just straight talk about what he was doing and how he was doing it. Made the whole thing feel like a breeze. Now, I know what you're thinking - this must've cost a fortune, right? Wrong! Roger's prices were super reasonable. "Had such a great experience with Concept Flooring. We had to replace existing carpet and oak flooring with laminate flooring that I had already purchased. Three additional rooms also needed new carpet. Chris Baker was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had great suggestions, and relieved a lot of our stress by taking care of the various transition mouldings. His carpet recommendation was exactly what we were hoping for. Chris also worked diligently to help keep the cost within our budget, mailed carpet samples and kept us constantly informed. Jose and Yerlin did an amazing job installing the laminate flooring. They worked so hard and kept everything cleaned up as they progressed. Oscar and Pablo did an exceptional job removing and replacing the carpet. They were so careful moving all the furniture, which they treated like it was their own. Received quotes from three different vendors. So glad that we selected Concept Flooring. Glen came out just as scheduled, calmed my fears about the floor, and encouraged me to let the floors dry out before having any work done. He could easily have gouged me for unnecessary work. We have hired a number of contractors in our day. Professional Home Improvement (PHI) is far and away the best company we have ever worked with. We have (enthusiastically!) shared our experience and recommended PHI to our friends and neighbors. And this has persisted throughout planning and execution; they have initiated more contacts with us than we have with them—to inform us about what’s next, coordinate the activities of tradesmen with our lives, and ask more detailed questions about choices of equipment, supplies, etc., as each phase proceeds. (2) Expert, hard-working, trustworthy tradesmen and connections to suppliers. This is something that is absolutely essential to the experience of undergoing a remodel. Can you trust the expert skills of the tradesmen your contractor assembles and whose activities they coordinate? Are you comfortable with their presence in your home? Do they consistently deliver value while onsite? We have shared our home with the tradesmen enlisted by Dennis & Jean for several months, throughout phases 1, 2, and 3. We look forward to their arrival in our home, admire their skill, hard work, and dedication to doing things right, and are completely comfortable with having them in our home. Dennis & Jean also have longstanding relationships with many sources and suppliers, greatly streamlining the process of finding and selecting the right paint, flooring, equipment, etc. (3) Reasonable prices yielding exceptional value, with careful and thorough accounting. Dennis & Jean are sensitive to price and value, exacting in presenting options and prices, and careful and thorough in their accounting. In sum, an A+ for Dennis & Jean and the entire PHI team/network!"
