"The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same."

"We found a coupon for $99 from this company to clean 3 bedrooms and the hallway. My husband discussed the coupon and the services needed over the phone. However, when the person came to clean the carpets she indicated that the $99 price would not cover all of the services needed to sanitize the carpets. The total price to have the carpet cleaned ended up being over 3 times the price quoted over the phone. My husband felt trapped into continuing with the service from the company since we were scheduled to move all our furniture into the the house the next day. Although the carpets look good, we were upset with the lack of transparency about what the $99 coupon covered. We will not use this company again."

"Lee (Dodley), the owner, came with several toolboxes of specialty devices and tools specifically built for carpet-stretching. He showed us why the carpet had a sizable 'hump' in the middle of the floor, moved furniture as needed to stretch carpeting in two rooms, and then expertly stretched the humps out of the carpet. He really knows his craft, was careful to prevent damage, and did the cleanup afterwards. He was fast, and charged a fair price. Carpet looks great now, and he guaranteed his work. A true professional start to finish!"
