He made great suggestions throughout the process to potentially improve the outcome, but never focused on how to get more money out of us. However, when the person came to clean the carpets she indicated that the $99 price would not cover all of the services needed to sanitize the carpets. The total price to have the carpet cleaned ended up being over 3 times the price quoted over the phone. My husband felt trapped into continuing with the service from the company since we were scheduled to move all our furniture into the the house the next day. Although the carpets look good, we were upset with the lack of transparency about what the $99 coupon covered. We will not use this company again."
