Be sure to give me a call today! Minimum Labor cost per hour $55.00 per lead man $30.00 per skilled helper when needed 4-hour minimum. Interior Painting or replacement of chimney siding height limit 2 stories high. Ladder and or Roof charge ground under 8 ft No Charge added to project cost per day 1 story $ 155.00 2 story $ 200.00 3 story $ 300.00 Homeowners may substitute for helpers.

John and his team were invaluable. I?m so pleased with Johns responsiveness professionalism, kindness, and commitment to doing a good job. He was a major poor in the storm and I am thrilled to now have a reliable professional I can count on for future projects. I highly recommend him. Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
John and his team were excellent. They did a great job on my flooring install project. They did a better job on laying new hardwood in five rooms in one day, where someone else took 2 days to do 1 room, and left glue on my floor! Not Johnâ s team; they were clean, fast, friendly and thorough.! I highly recommend them for your flooring project!

John Ingram was very responsive to my first call and managed to arrange his busy schedule to do my small job the next day just before going to a much bigger job in the same area of Milton. He also gave me an estimate before beginning work, and his estimate was very fair. He completed the job quickly and did a wonderful job.

Expensive for the work done. Twice the cost of his estimate. Very slow. Had to re-do several items.

"I agree with the Homeowners opinion.#1- I am not the cheapest, nor am I the most expensive, I return phone calls and text messages. I do what the contract states. # 2 An Estimate is a price base on a visual inspection, all additional cost on this project where approved by the homeowner. # 3 yes I did redo two items because I did not like the end result. The project was not hourly. Nice people yes they have used my services after this review."

Absolutely the worst contractor ive ever hired.......! The owner knew about all the incomplete and bad work, he was supposed to show up friday and never returned my calls nor did he come back. I filed a law suit. stay away from H&H

not a good company!!!! if you have all the time in the world by all means use them, but our project should have taken at the most 4 weeks took 10+ weeks... we had a new roof and siding installed and added a small privacy fence and they had to rebuild our 10x10 backporch due to wood rot, but even with the extras and the rain we got it should not have taken this long.. his workers are good but very slow and john the owner will tell you something will be done and a week later its still not done....has an excuse for everything..even his workers said it should not have taken this long..should have more workers on this job other than 2..DONT USE!!

"The complaint is about how long the project took . We were on the project every work day a full 8 hr The Temp was over 93 degrees No complaint about the quality of workmanship or the price. Nice Lady she paid in full Sorry the project took the time it did but Proud of the end result."

I was very pleased with the work and they finished two days earlier than scheduled. While the work was being conducted the employee not only finished the work promply he gave several suggestions to improve existing structure. I was also impressed that the supervisor for the company showed up to do an on-site inspection to insure the work was completed to my satisfaction.
