Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. They did a great job and took the time afterwards to give me advice on how to get up stains in the future now that the carpet had been carefully cleaned and protected. Mario made sure to walk me around the rooms that were cleaned to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We have a barky little maltese and Mario and his partner took the time right away to say hi to our dog so that he would calm down. Overall, very nice men who did a fantastic job!"
