"You have to pay extra to get out hard stains..I chose not to pay extra because what?s the point in professional carpet cleaning if you don?t remove stains?!?!? Once on the fifth bedroom they apparently became lazy lol as the simple juice stains my youngest son had on my bedroom carpet they didn?t get clean. I uploaded a picture. Disappointed considering my cost was $330 and I still have carpet not clean also my home is new being a little over a year old."
