"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I had them do a move-in clean for a foreclosure and the result was spotless. Everything was cleaned for one low rate, including things for which others wanted to charge me extra. Floor to ceiling, including baseboards, vents, plugs, and switches, even cleaned out the appliances and double-shampooed the carpets. Michael's work ethic and strive for quality service is hard to beat as well. Due to circumstances out of his control, he was left to do the job with no assistants, which he did for 14 hours straight to make sure he delivered what was expected. If I had needed it on a different time line then I'm sure he would have tried everything."

"This was alright. The carpet was pretty bad so he couldn’t guarantee it could be cleaned by doing a normal cleaning so he had to get the brush out and do a scrub on it. The steam cleaner wouldn’t have cleaned it properly. He did a fine job on it and it the carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use him again because he is far out of town."
