Hard to find a sub that does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it for the price they quoted. Iwash did that and required very little of my time and energy.

David was completely professional from start to finish. Due to multiple days of rain immediately after pressure washing - and having to wait for deck to dry to add sealer - the job stretched over nearly 3 weeks. His deck work was so detailed and professional, I decide to ask him to do the driveway/sidewalk job, which could be done during the rain periods, to his schedule. Once again, very prompt, professional and a quality job handling every detail. During all of their period, although I offered multiple time to pay David for what he had done - he can't control the weather - he refused to take ANY payment until everything was done, and I was completely satisfied. My only regret was that I forgot to write this review sooner!! Highly recommend David and iWash Atlanta.
