Very pleased with the service provided by Devon at Simple Solutions. His price was much more reasonable than many other quotes I received, and he was extremely knowledgeable. His service was quick yet thorough, and we felt confident in using our fireplace for the first time after Devon's cleaning and inspection. Will definitely use him for any chimney/dryer related needs in the future!

We just bought a house in October that was clearly maintenance neglected since it’s construction in 1999. I found Devon on here and he came out the day we talked about and got right to work. He cleaned out my fireplace, which he agreed definitely had not ever been cleaned... He got out a massive PILE of build up. He also explained to me how to work the vent, which I didn’t know how to do before. He repaired a few of my cracked fire bricks for a good price and I’ll definitely use him again! He was also very friendly.

Recently hired this company for a chimney sweep and was shocked that their quote was better then the other 3 I had already gotten. As well as being a better deal their technician was very well informed and made me feel extremely comfortable with their knowledge. We scheduled an appointment, and they arrived 20 minutes early and began working. The team did a great job and left my house cleaner then it was when they started. I could not recommend their service enough
