I crawled under the house and with him to see the issues from original installation and subsequent repairs/additions since 1948 to simply the size of drainage pipe utilized (1â was inadequate) and the necessity to have water drain â downhillâ . He replaces the entire exit pipe system, tightened sink exit connections and cleared a bathtub drain. The bad smell emanating from the pipe is now gone.
