"Angelo, of Remedy Plumbing,was most professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He was patient and answered and explained all of my questions. Why you would want something a certain over another. He went the extra mile. The Service Manager Mike was also very kind, considerate and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I finally have a sense of peace that my sewage issues have been addressed and my toilet will work properly now after 6 other plumbing companies could not resolve. They were head and shoulders above my previous experiences on this very same issue for the past year and nine months! I am truly grateful to have found them. "Prompt, diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced faulty parts in leaking toilet. Two weeks later the flush handle broke and they replaced that also; implementing service call and parts only but deducted labor charge and adjusted for senior citizen. Highly recommended."
