"Upstairs master bath toilet was actually grouted into the tile floor. GL would not remove for liability issues. I had to hire an outside contractor to cut the toilet out and move so that GL could snake the system and resolve leakage issue. They did reinstall toilet afterword, but would not warranty because of the way toilet was sitting below Tile grade. Seems the previous owner grouted toilet into the tile and left it like that. Repair was completed satisfactorily. I have used GL many times on my Rental Property. (Hot Water Heater, various leaks, garbage disposal, etc.) I would recommend for General Plumbing work."

"Scott, Chris and his team were such a blessing coming to our rescue after months as to the unknown,repeated gallons increase on our water bill,(we held our breath each month opening the bill, yet we were not seeing any indication as to where a leak was while meter still ran at shut off,none of us could find as to where a leak was. We continued to come up short for answers after our water company indicated it was nothing on their side, leak detection, Insurance Companies and everyone else that came out.......WE JUST HAD NO ANSWERS! Again this was such a loooong drawn out headache and nightmare we faced with only the best option we had was to completely replace with a full home replumb and since we were like sitting on a time bomb for some major or multiple damaging leaks with the Polybutylene installed in our home(also we have been told with this type of Plumbing in our home when it starts having issues it seems to typically continue having other places pop up also)! So ugh here we go, we were on a slab, we didn't know who we may could trust/cost we were looking at and then knowing the importance too have great Rapport and and dialogue is so needed going into such a massive project we were totally and completely so pleased with Scott and doing business with them! "I was shocked about the price I had to pay because all I needed was the flap replaced, but I went ahead and had it done because I needed it. That was disappointing. Now that I know the price of a toilet, and all I needed was a flapper, they charged me nearly $200. The work was done. I spoke to them on phone, and it's not only when they came out that I found out, so if they can give you an idea, it would be good. I would not use them again."
