With in the week, Jaime arrived to my home and submitted a quote for siding replacement and exterior painting. After receiving a few quotes, I decided to choose Encompass Contracting and it was the best decision. Jaime scheduled to have the building materials delivered and start date for the job. Encompass Contracting crew arrived promptly and began working. During the work I added a few more items for repair, new porch screens, utility building repair / paint and a detailed exterior painting. Jaime had no problem with accommodating my extra request. They worked on removing four rows of vertical cedar siding and installed four new vertical rows of cedar siding. This job was done in a corner where two external walls meet forming a 90 degree angle. They caulked where appropriate and stained the newly installed siding to match the rest of the siding. Their finished work blended in perfectly with the rest of the siding. The work was performed with precision and it was obvious that Chris paid attention to detail in completing the job. I am very pleased in the finished product.
