- All About AsphaltThe price was fair. The quality was excellent. Responsiveness was excellent. They did everything right. There were probably 6 or 7 or 8 people that came to complete the service. They brought their machines and all kinds of things. They came and did a professional estimate of what the service would entail and what it would cost. They did the first piece of it, where they came in and ensure all of the groundwork was lid properly and they came with their paving crew with all the right equipment etc and made sure it wa completed well within the time frame that they had said they would do it in. It was excellent. There were no problems. It was done in two parts. The first part was about 4 hours and the 2nd part was maybe 4-5 hours. They did everything well. It was no complaints and they know what they did. The individual who came out the house was their estimator. He looked over what needed to be done, made sure that it was all measured correctly and such and was able to provide an good indication of what needed to be done in order to complete the work. **** THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT HIS COMMENTS POSTED***

"P.K. Masonry arrived at my home on three different days on time, ready and willing to start the work. I was impressed how carefully he measured and drew out the plans for the fireplace. On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. We didn't always agree, but he showed great patience dealing with me who knows nothing about what it takes to build a fireplace. I love my new fireplace that he built and will enjoy owning it for years to come. I definitely would hire PK again and have a job for him, planned for the future.

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "Greatr - We found Atlantas Best Gutters via Angies List at least 8 years ago - They have consistently shown up and done a great job doing somethin the husband is NOT ALLOWED to do - go on the roof. They use Safety lines and are thorough in cleaning up residue and debris. They are polite, quick and efficient and use good safety practices. With the gutter covers removed - we will be having them back more frequently with a discount for frequent/annual /quarterly service.

"I'm disappointed that things with ETL construction didn't work out. They seemed to have a very good reputation. Perhaps my interaction with them was an anomalous blip, but they were unresponsive, and their initial estimate was totally inaccurate (and I hadn't changed anything about the scope of work... it was just a matter of not preparing the estimate accurately).

<br /> Bill was very apologetic about the way things were handled, so at least he did that. I'd rather just delete this review, but since I can't I'll bump his grade up.
