Nothing but lies from Meverick. A year of promising to make my driveway right. $11,200 to get an awful driveway.

[Member Name Removed] did contact George Bros Asphalt Paving in 2023, we were contracted to pour and overlay on an existing pavement surface after the scope of work and price were both agreed upon. There has indeed been multiple complaints such as the paving crew leaving debris on site, coarse and rough area’s on the newly poured driveway. We have attempted several times to correct these issues, twice to be exact in 2024 where we had came back to apply a coating after saw cutting and removing designated area’s then repairing with hot mix asphalt. Shortly after [Member Name Removed] has contacted complaining stating that there were still debris left behind, and unsatisfied with specific area’s. The Warranty has now expired, but since [Member Name Removed] had contacted before the expiration of the warranty we will deliver on our promise to come back and address the issues as soon as possible. I Maverick, who have dealt with this client personally have not ignored [Member Name Removed] throughout the entirety of our business relation, if I had intended to do this client Member Name Removed] wrong I wouldn’t have bothered to come back at all, we have been back to the job site twice, and i will see to it personally that these final issues are resolved to ensure satisfactory. I’ll be uploading pictures very soon of the repairs.

Nov 2024 Jerry Bart Maverick George installed 6000sf of hot mix on my driveway. Within 2 months “potholes” started appearing, exposing the previous surface. He contracted a layer of 2+ inches but only installed about 1/2” the entire length. This is outright fraud. He will not return calls and is avoiding contact.

George Bros. Asphalt Paving LLC. has been is contact with [Member Name Removed] over the last few years through his neighbors which had also paved both of there driveways with hot mix asphalt in 2023, [Member Name Removed] was going to hop on board then at the time both neighbors had there paving done, [Member Name Removed] hired another company to instead install a tar and chip driveway, tar and chip is entirely different from hot mix asphalt and less expensive, [Member Name Removed] attempted to have his neighbors take this route to save a few bucks, his neighbor Scott who had contracted our company almost went this route until I told Scott I would deduct my price for hot asphalt to save him the trouble of going with a tar and chip driveway which [Member Name Removed] would be having installed on a treacherous hill. I told Scott his neighbor that if he went that route he’d be calling me to re-pave it in a year I said watch your neighbor ([Member Name Removed]) will be calling too when he sees how nice your driveway is compared to his. Scott ended up having us pour his driveway with hot mix asphalt along with his other neighbor in the community, guess who calls a little over a year later? [Member Name Removed] we contracted and poured his driveway with hot mix asphalt over what was left of his tar & gravel driveway on a very steep hill, [Member Name Removed] had tried to add more area on then agreed the day the crew came to pour, and according to measurements taken during the estimate a specific amount of material was ordered to pave the driveway properly, all materials were used in the driveway. The photos provided by [Member Name Removed] could have been where gravel from the tar and chip driveway was mixed in or pushed up through when compacted or the paving machine hit a high spot which is common when pouring an overlay, how the standard thickness mentioned is upon pouring you have to allow for compaction. I’m willing to come out and repair this or these specific area’s, but [Member Name Removed] wants his whole driveway re-paved, this is beyond general repairs. This man is thinks his whole driveway is this way when there’s no way this could be be possible with the amount of asphalt that was installed, [Member Name Removed]’s trying to literally take and inch and go a mile, I won’t be returning to pave the whole driveway again but when [Member Name Removed] can be fair and except the standard repairs we can somewhere on this matter. I would love to add photos and videos of when this driveway was installed but on my end it won’t allow me to do so, to any future clients I would be more than happy to provide my photos and videos of this driveway.

Great work! Maverick and his team was great to work with. They did what they said they would do and on time! That is hard to find these days. We have a very long driveway with a lot of curves and a circle and it looks so good now. Would for sure recommend these guys.
