Great job on the concrete and brick but failed to clean the upper deck rails and pickets thoroughly as well as remove the bird nesting stains. We had to get ladders and finish the job with sponges. A foot long stretch of the vinal deck railing was scratched from the hoses brought across them w/o protection. The bedding plantings and container plants near the areas they sprayed were severely damaged even though we were told they would protect these. The crew left the work site without a final walk through with the home owners. We received much less than the paid promised outcome. Very disappointing.

This is very disappointing to us because working with integrity and providing superior customer service is a very high priority for us. If you had contacted us we would have returned the next day to address your concerns. Our crew of 3 spent 18 man hours on your project trying to provide you with excellent service. I remember we were specifically asked not to disturb the bird nests. Also, we washed some areas of your home by hand, i.e, the composite decking floor and the mud-stained drip ledge around the foundation - even though normal soft washing is typically a "no touch" cleaning process. I am sorry (and surprised) to hear about your plants. Our house wash mix does not typically damage plants. (And if it ever does, we have a policy about addressing the damage and replacement.) We never want to leave a customer dissatisfied. I remember we had multiple cordial conversations throughout the cleaning process - even up to the time we were packing up to leave. There was ample opportunity to address concerns before we left. We would have gladly worked to give you the results you wanted. Our commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction is evident by the many 5 star reviews we have on this site and several others. I am sorry you were so disappointed. I wish you had let us know."

I had some mildew on my house paint, this was completely removed. My driveway is in the shade with oak trees hanging over it. The pre -treatment, power wash, and post treatment removed all the build up from over the year. It is the cleanest my driveway has been, since I have lived here. I have cleaned it myself and used other companies, but the results from Pressure Pros is by far the best!

Athens Pressure Pros recently pressure washed and painted my newly constructed backyard deck. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Their prices were fair and reasonable and the result was well worth it. Ron is dedicated to doing quality work and giving the customer an excellent product/experience. I didn't think that my deck could look so good! I will be working with them in the future for sure.
